Hydrotherapy involves the use of the element water in all its forms (internally and externally) to assist in the healing process. We offers various luxury hydrotherapy baths that are used to relax and strengthen the body, boost the immune system and increase metabolism. These water therapies can include the use of a whirlpool, the application of ice or heat packs, colon irrigation, steam baths, body wraps, scrubs and more. Hydrotherapy is commonly practiced in conjunction with other spa treatments.

Hammam

A bathing practice of the ancient Romans, similar to a sauna bath, alternates between cold and hot water, thus relaxing and waking up your body. After a warm up shower, (also for hygiene), using a traditional exfoliating loofah sponge, the body is bathed, beginning with the feet, with lukewarm water and body wash. It is then washed off slowly and gently, using cold water. Step into the magic of the authentic hammams comprising of four pools, temperature-regulated, with body-zone pressurized jets. The water jets have a rejuvenating effect.

Vichy Shower

 A Vichy shower, named after mineral springs in Vichy, France, typically has five to seven shower heads, often used to rinse off herbal wraps, mud and salt glow treatments while you lie on a wet cushion table. This one is usually a follow up after a body wrap or scrub therapy.

Rain Cascade Duration 80 minutes
For those who love rain. Here the therapist performs a very light movement massage to make you feel relaxed. Initially, the therapist applies your choice of aroma oil from the range of signature scents and then you are given the Vichy shower. The water coming out from the jets transmits a remarkable sense of toning and a lash of energy.

Rinse Combo Duration 80 minutes
An exfoliation treatment prepared by combining natural spices, herbs and yogurt are gently rubbed on to the skin later rinsed off by Vichy shower and followed by application of a scented moisturizer. Experience the uniqueness of skin energizing with a taut and rejuvenation in its surface.

Thai Cleansing Combo Duration 80 minutes
"It's all about honey, honey!" A natural body rub made of honey and sesame seeds. Honey is a humectant, which means it attracts and retains moisture. While the scrub rubs of dead cells and detoxifies your skin from the greasy residues, the warm water from the Vichy increases your blood circulation.

Sea Show Combo Duration 80 minutes
This leaves the skin feeling soft and supple with a light sheen. Dead Sea salts infused with aromas can be customized to choose your mood from Relaxing Lavender, uplifting green tea mint, cleansing geranium, etc. Ideal for relaxing irritable skin caused from over drying, sunburns, rashes etc. You'll feel like coming out of a shell cleanly!

Suzi Therapy

Suzi Therapy Duration 30 minutes
Warm high-pressure water jets massage the head, scalp and neck, creating a deep, therapeutic treatment. Suzi ensures that you receive a totally unique experience. Treatments include aroma steam infusion, color lighting, thermal contrasting as well as shampoo & conditioning. The water jets certainly have a way of clearing up your head and helping you 'head' in the right direction.

Beyond Leg Therapy Duration 30 minutes

Since your feet house the nerve endings of the body, working up on the feet means a work up on the entire body. Rasul Cremony

Rasul Cremony Duration 60 minutes

Indulge your senses with this unique experience alone or with someone special. It begins with the subterranean mud and ends at your subcutaneous tissue. First, the tingling feel of mud from the Dead Sea is felt as it is used to scrub your face and body followed by a burst of lavender in warm steam that seeps into the pores of your body to tap the latent energy in you. The wrap up is a dramatic bath on a heated throne as mist descends from the ceiling to wash away the mud and stress.
